Solution overview

Our linen hire and commercial laundry system features a site-specific calendar and profile allowing you to offer a service schedule tailored to the individual needs of each customer site. In turn, this calendar will also ensure that all jobs are automatically dispatched to the correct operative’s handheld computer in a timely manner, accompanied by clear and concise instructions.

Each collection of soiled linen, mats, workwear and other laundry items is easily recorded on the driver’s handheld, clean deliveries are confirmed and signatures captured to prove service. If a signature cannot be obtained, service can be proven by door scanning integrated photo capture.

The handheld computer will ensure that each truck is correctly loaded to meet the day’s demands and that each customer receives his full delivery, avoiding expensive emergency ‘run-outs’ and SLA breaches.
