Route Administrator

Delivers the back office functionality including route and stop maintenance, stock tracking and warehouse management, vehicle loading, customer files, product maintenance, pricing, EDI and much more.

Telesales

Supports outgoing and incoming telesales, calls sequenced by route, previous order history, template orders, routes that service customer that day, earliest delivery, stock available to sell, etc.

User Security

User security to restrict users from different areas of the system, including support for regional multi-company security, restricting users from accessing other regions customers prices.

Report Manager

Complements the standard book of reports allowing any report of any format to be created using any data in the database. Reports may be distributed by email or through web based reporting.

Route Assistant

Complete van sales and route accounting solution supporting the complete daily cycle from van load, load adjustments through to day end reconciliations. Sales functions include sales, returns, pre-orders for delivery and also pre-orders taken, prices automatically calculated including customer specific pricing, stock tracking, electronic signature capture, invoice and statement print - and very easy to use.

Vehicle Inspections

Complete all vehicle checks, daily and periodic on the handheld terminal. All data is held in SQL database and FTA reports available at touch of button.

Targets

Set targets for the sales people and these will be sent to the handheld and the sales people can review their own performance against target, for today, this period, year to date, etc.

Surveys

Gather valuable customer and market data on the handheld, through user definable questionnaires on the handheld – can be used by drivers and also sales reps or business development managers.

Asset Tracking

Track all your trays, baskets, kegs, containers maintaining rolling inventory of stocks held by customer. Deposit payments and repayments also supported. For larger assets such as coolers and freezers in addition to tracking stock you can also maintain full service records for all assets, including last service date, next service date, service type, service cost history, etc.
