Customer details

Using the handheld software your driver can review customer details including contacts, telephone numbers, messages and special delivery instructions.

Delivery Instructions

Any specific delivery instructions, gate numbers, access information, and directions are available to the driver through the handheld software.

Uplifts and amendments

Use the handheld software to amend the delivery details to ensure the delivery note is an accurate record of the transaction, including over/unders and returns.

Print clean delivery notes

Print the delivery note at the delivery point, after any amendments have been made - ensuring an accurate delivery note every time.

EPOD

The proof of delivery has been captured on the handheld terminal and passed to the office system as electronic data. The proof of delivery can be recalled at any time, instantly, from the office system and emailed, faxed or printed and posted to the enquirer, complete with the electronic signatures captured at the point of delivery.

Proof of delivery recall

Recall any delivery note at any time from the office system, instantly, complete with delivery details and receiver's signature, with date and time of delivery.

Vehicle inspections

Capture vehicle inspection information through the handheld with all information being passed to the office database for reporting, including FTA reporting. Drivers can record defects at any time and these are also passed to the office database.

Interface to existing systems

Pass all delivery instructions and delivery confirmation details to/from existing systems via our integrator module. This eliminates the need for printed delivery notes in the transport office, collation of delivery notes to routes, administration of delivery notes, retention and filing of signed delivery notes, recall of hard copy of delivery notes following dispute, etc.
