But this does not have to be the case with our handheld Field Sales system, which is designed to help your reps optimise every face-to-face sales opportunity. In addition to providing a fast, accurate and easy to use quotation and order entry mechanism, the system will ensure that your sales reps have the latest customer credit, pricing, product and promotion information right where they need it most – in front of their customers.

Quotations are produced, printed and stored in seconds. Samples are managed and accounted for. POS Materials and other assets are supplied, installed and managed. Orders are instantly transmitted to the central server for processing; avoiding data re-keying, delayed paperwork and expensive errors!

Customer surveys are set up on the central server and transmitted to the handheld. Compliance audits and other surveys thus become a simple matter of selecting pick-and-point answers – all that duplicated data is avoided and the resultant data is instantly available!

Customer details

Full customer details including name, address, contact information, credit limits, sales to date, etc.

Customer messages

Special messages/instructions for specific customer and/or calls can be sent to the handheld device.

Internal email

Send your email messages to your field staff via the system.

Call schedule

Sequence of calls for today for individual user, records calls made, calls made but no sale, calls missed, etc.

Product details

Product details and previous buying history by customer. Merchandising instructions, suggested order quantities, etc.

Customer pricing

All sales orders taken at customer specific prices, including special offers, buy/gets promotions, etc.

Credit control

Credit control detail available on handheld, including current balance, outstanding amount etc. Payment can be collected by the reps and allocated to the customer account there and then or left as unallocated for later processing in the accounts department.
