At MESL we would like to think that we provide a good back up service through our Support Team but in reality there are many calls that could be avoided if users our well trained; prevention is after all, better than cure. Our training days are an opportunity to reduce frustrations and time in our ongoing relationship. 

In December we are holding two training days at our premises near Bath, each day covers different criteria which is designed to help you achieve the greatest benefit dependent on the Users daily interaction with the system.  These courses are also an opportunity to gain greater knowledge of the system which is hard to deliver within a Project environment without incurring costs.
